    Hi @sygy88,
    It looks like the slugs of the taxonomies can not be rewritten with filters. You may change this by editing the file directly \wp-content\plugins\mp-restaurant-menu\classes\class-media.php
    Do not forget to save changes at Settings > Permalinks to refresh the links.
