Slug bug in WordPress 3?

  • I have some pages that wouldn’t show at all but cured the problem by replacing the dashes in “Quick Edit” view.

    The links appear in menus and look fine (in the status bar on hover), when clicked they go to a wordpress “Page not found”

    The Slug was generated at the time of publishing so how can WordPress create strange dashes? or a slug that it doesn’t recognise?

    Anyone else encountered this problem in WordPress 3?
