SLP 3.8.1 is out. It is mostly patches to fix some random errors that were causing problems for some users. If upgrading to SLP 3.8.1 causes problems on your site please let me know & be sure to note any add-on packs you may have installed.
Enhanced Results v0.4 is out. This takes advantage of some of the new hooks and filters in SLP 3.8. The primary feature is the ability to do a LOT of customization of the search results that appear under the map by editing a text block on “Map Settings”. The format and “special curly codes” are documented on the https://www.charlestonsw.com website, look under support/documentation.
Tagalong v0.2 is out. This update brings the plugin closer to production. There is a feature for Manage Locations that makes it far easier to assign location categories to multiple locations with a bulk assignment tool. You can now turn the per-category map markers on/off, useful for people that don’t want custom map markers but do want category icons. In the same vein, the tagalong data is available in the Enhanced Results strings noted above, so you can access the map marker and/or medium icon and have it display below the map with far less effort and no custom coding.
Many of the updates in recent releases it meant to provide power tools via the add-on packs so you can customize the look and feel of the user interface with little-or-no programming or plugin hacking. More is on the way.
