1. The feature you’re asking about, “Choose Dark Mode behavior to enhance performance,” is actually part of our premium plugin. We’re not allowed to discuss premium features on the ORG Support platform. However, you can contact us directly through our official support channel for assistance with premium features.

2. You can erase all plugin’s data with our plugin:
WP Dark Mode settings > Tools > Reset Settings

3. Our latest update should be quick if you’re using the best performance settings. However, for premium features like this one, please contact us through WPPOOL’s official support channel.

1. You are using our free plan and claim that – the Pro features (Performance Mode) aren’t working accordingly. You can contact us directly through our official support channel for assistance with premium features. You also raised an issue with our pricing, stating that you are not interested in paying us only for that feature, whereas we have many other Pro features available. We are not charging you extra for that particular feature only! You also claim that this feature slows down your website, even though it’s designed to improve performance only in dark mode, not for the entire website. We have other options in the Pro build for you to choose whatever he needs.
2. There is an option to reset our plugin’s settings, but you claim that we have no such feature. This statement is also incorrect.

3. It instantly works with the toggle. No one has complained about this feature either. Also, the plugin is functioning well on our end. This statement is also incorrect.

Nevertheless, we appreciate any bug reports, but you should include more details and a valid explanation. You can create a support topic for our plugin’s support forum in ORG. Or if you need support with our pro plugin you can contact us directly through our official support channel.

Just a month later there is no WP Dark Mode settings > Tools > Reset Settings to be found. What there is WP Dark Mode > Tools > Reset Settings. Big difference because naturally you click on settings there and look for tools in there!

I agree this slows down the web site considerably in the free version. Makes me uninterested in paying for anything from WPPOOL. Not how to build business.

Apologies for any confusion caused by our previous response. To reset WP Dark Mode settings, navigate to your WordPress Dashboard > WP Dark Mode > then locate the sub-menu called “Tools” under WP Dark Mode and find the Reset Settings option there.

Performance settings are a premium feature. The forum does not allow discussion of plugin premium features here. We need to follow the forum guidelines regarding this issue.
