    Has anyone noticed that Smush has to be switched off to enable product loading from Woodropship? Not an issue now that I know about it but I thought you might like to know! I have 2.8 installed.

  • Hi @keithrowley,

    I couldn’t find this plugin to test in the WordPress plugin repository. Is it a paid plugin?

    Best regards,

    It’s a Chrome plugin that works with woodropship (website) to push products into my site.
    My apologies for not being clearer. If there is any way i can help you, I will.

    @keithrowley,

    Could you please describe the steps needed to reproduce the failure?

    Best regards,

    Yes of course. I first select products I want from Ali Express and send them to Woodropship (my account which is connected to my website). To do this I use the Chrome Plugin. Then, in my Woodropship account, I go to the ‘products Import List’ and do any editing I need on the product text title etc. The I press the button ‘Push Product’ which sends all the images and text etc associated with the product to my Woocommerce shop. With Smush activated there is almost always an ‘unexpected error’ which I suspect is interruption of the image upload. When I disable smush, the whole thing works perfectly. Hope this helps you.

    @keithrowley,

    It might be a timeout issue. Do you have auto-smush enabled? Could you try disabling it and checking if this error goes away?

    Thank you good sir – that has indeed fixed the issue!
    Cheers
