Slows down site so much that 503

Using a local database with exclude of my own ip
and every time i go to the admin area of wp&woocommerce it gives unreachable half of the time.
Instantly after disabling this plugin, admin area got super fast.

Shame. Is there any fix for this, really need to block other countries from the site
