I’m trying to add products by using a custom filter
to choose specific products using their SKU

but after reaching the 4 products it takes forever and forcing me to reboot the server.

Is this problem still exist in the premium plugin?

Hi, as far as I am concerned, we didn’t find any such issues when we tested.

But if you are facing this in the free plugin, upgrading will not change it as they are dependent.

It’s best if we could take a look at the console errors then we could understand.

Can you provide us the following:

    1. Screenshots of the feed settings and configuration page after you edit the feed.

    2. The console errors when the feed processing freezes.

Here’s how you can provide the console errors:

After you clicked on Publish and the loading bar is frozen,
    >>Right click on your webpage. You should find an option called “Inspect” or “Inspect Elements” (this won’t work on Safari, so use some other browser). See Image:?https://jmp.sh/hhuzR2B
    >>You get an extended window popping up. See Image:?https://jmp.sh/7RV6cZv
    >>It will have a menu called “Console”. Click on that and it should show you if there are any errors. See Image:?https://jmp.sh/AGVBPW8
    >Take a screenshot and provide it to us.

If we take a look at these, we might be able to understand why this is happening in your case.

    Thanks.

Hi @mohmedelwany , I can see there are 5 errors, but the image only shows 3. It would best if you could give me a screenshot of all the errors in the Console tab.

Also, can you try the following?

Go to Dashboard > Product feed > Settings.

Here, click on the Controls tab.

On the right side, click on clear batch.

Then on the left side, on batch size, change it to 15 and save it.

Now try to generate a feed and check the console error if you still get that timeout error.

    Let me know.

    Thanks.

Hi, since we didn’t hear from you for a while, I believe one of my last replies helped to solve the issue.

So I am marking this as resolved. Feel free to ask more questions if you have any.

    Thanks.
