Slowing Site

Not sure what has happened but tracked all my slow site issues on a brand new server down to activating this plugin. Especially when trying to access /wp-admin/.

It is a new CentOS server with Cloud Linux. Curious if there is any requirements or php mod’s that need to be enabled that I’m missing? I can’t seem to track down errors, just scripts running for a long time and general slowness until I disable the plugin.
