You can do following things to keep the plugin performance at max level:
1. Enable Include Javascript in website footer option in Miscellaneous section to load Javascript in footer of your webpages.
2. If you have enabled social shares, keep share count cache refresh time interval to minimum 10 minutes.
3. Keep the Logo Color option blank in Theme Selection, as specifying a share icon logo color other than the default white color, would load additional CSS files.
I can see you have already taken care of all of the above things.
Apart from these, you can
* Use a cache plugin, which you are already using.
* Use a CSS and JS minify plugin, which you are already using.
So, you are using the plugin at maximum performance mode already.

So you mean to say that there is no other option for this ??

Like I mentioned you are already using the plugin at maximum performance mode. You cannot do any better than this for this plugin.
