Slowed my site down??

After installing this my site is now significantly slower. My analytics, Pingdom, and GTMetrix all show much slower load speed for all pages of my site. I installed it while chatting with support from my hosting service, I used Smush to compress photos before using this and got the Remove Query Strings From Static Resources plugin, still made my site super slow.
