Slowdown problem

Hi,

I have been having problems with my wordpress site taking a long time to load. I installed the P3 Plugin Profiler and got the result that the problem is being caused by Custom Sidebars, which is required by my theme. It is taking over 9 seconds, which is almost all of the 10 second delay I am experiencing. Do you have any suggestions for what I can do to fix it? The site is viewable at socceranywhere.com Thanks!
