Slow WP core load time – admin panel takes ages to load, site slow

  • I’m having serious problem with the speed of my site. I honestly don’t know what’s wrong. The web host said a lot of “queries are being sent” (I don’t even know what that means)

    And told me to install the following plugins:
    Hyper Cache Extended, DB Cache Reloaded Fix and P3 – Plugin Performance Profiler.

    The last plugin said that it’s the WP Core time causing the problem, and I don’t have a clue what that means or how to fix it.

    The site loads slowly, and the back end is terrible trying to navigate because it’s so slow… please help!
