Slow working because a lot of database queries

Hello.

I have a slow loading time of my website. In Query Monitor plugin a see a lot of database queries (38 pcs., one for each user). So, the total time of this queries as about 2-3 seconds (a little more than 0.05 sec per 1 query).
How can i solve this problem to make my website load faster?
