Thank you I’ll take a look. If the site is slow will that also affect the back end (wp admin)? Or is that a different issue? The back end is much slower than the site right now.

Yes and no.
In the backend it still matters if the server is slow etc. But in the backend, more resources are loaded and almost nothing is cached.
