Slow support

Hi, for how long is this process of long waiting times for support going to go on?
I am a paying customer and of all plugins I have bought you by far have the longest response time.
I have seen this message for over 6 months now: “Please note that your support requests may experience longer response times as we adjust our team structure to enhance your future support experience. Our apologies for the inconvenience.”
