Slow Site, cache combine JS/CSS not working?

  • Hello,

    Fairly new to wordpress and kind of still finding my way.
    I made my e-commerce site with woocommerce and the Neighborhood Theme.

    The site is slowish.. it is not super slow, but is not fast neither. I tried W3TC, but that was quite complicated and i couldn’t really notice any difference.
    Now i am running wp super cache and again, i am not really seeing a difference.

    tried combining css and js with better WP minify.

    could someone check my site to see what is going on ?
    it is hosted at “one.com” so that is not the best, but it is a new site, and i am barely attracting visitors, so for the moment that should still be okay , no ?
