    I wonder if there is some sort of javascript conflict happening on your site, with either another plugin or your theme. I have seen slow load times on user’s sites before due to themes/plugins loading in duplicate or non-supported versions of jQuery. Could you please try disabling other plugins and switching to a default theme and try running the profiler again?
