Slow response, connection lost, 502 bad getaway…

You use too much on site ?? There is connection to tens of domains like twitter, google, youtube, gravatar and anything what you can imagine ??
Not sure about quality your theme too.
You have also some kind of framework beta file in root what is redirected or do some error.

Btw. your site load about 100 external javascripts and 25 stylesheets and connect to tens of domains.

I am sure you can get rid off 80% of these and your site will still do the same job.

You have to google little bit, check your site with tools like

https://www.webpagetest.org/

Then clean your website from junk.

What do you mean by “you use too much”? Are you talking about plugins? Not sure i understand everything you told me, i’m not that good with terms ?? especially the 100 external javascript and connecting to tens of domains.

I’ve been running the website for almost a year and problems have begun only this week and I didnt changed anything…

For sure check what is that a5-framework, that is something not standard and do some trouble.
It will be really helpful if you just try to load your site with default wordpress theme that you see difference.

As main problem I see social plugins and your theme … that social plugin use http links to facebook and then these links are redirected so its job for your server.

You just have to find well coded quality plugins for your functions, which works well without trouble and use only these what you really need.
For example if you use google analytics, don’t use stats from wordpress .. and so on

Then don’t forget to use cache plugin.

I deactivated Jetpack and all of the sudden, all the posts with a embedded Bandcamp player now shows the code and not the player itself! I try to re-edit some of the post and the players won’t appear. It did work if I use the html coding instead of the worpress code provided by Bandcamp.com

I can’t re-edit all the posts since there is way to much!

Why is this happenning? 2nd post (closet fiends) has the html code, while the third (Bad Words) has wordpress coding which I always use because it is easier to handle via mobile.

also the a5-framework file seems to come from w3 total cache, according to gtmetrix.
