• I have waited for over a week for support. No answers not even a response. Max tickets 3. FINALLY! I decided to “pay for support” and guess what happens when I click on the pay for support button? It goes to a non-working page. Where is the support for PRO version? Answer? Please? I would not have left this message on this board but THERE IS NO PLACE ON MY PRO VERSION ACCOUNT TO GET IN TOUCH WITH YOU AND YOU HAVE NOT RESPONDED IN OVER A WEEK ON ANYTHING!

    I have been using Users Ultra Pro now for nearly a year or longer. I hope I am not speaking out of context here but.. you do not get an activation key for the “plugin” itself but instead need to login to your to the site userslultra.com and then “add” domains. Once you add the domain you wish to use it on you will be assigned a Key for that particular domain. I have about 30 domains in use now. I hope this helps.
