• Paying for priority support is useless. The plugin with many donations is causing the site to slow down. I have emailed regarding the main plugin causing sites with a large number of forms not to load on the frontend and in the admin panel. It has been 7 days with no fix. The issue with support is that they test on a demo empty site without considering a website with many donations. A tip for the support team: a demo site with empty records will work even if there is a bug.

  • It is not even slow…just nonexistant. if you are paying almost $400, the support needs to be top of the line.
