Slow Popup Opening

    Hello,

    Very nice plugin thank you!

    There is a delay on the Popup opening which is rather disturbing and a bit useless to be honest.
    Users think that it doesn’t work.

    Can you please advice on how i can reduce the opening delay ?

    Hi @manok-1 ,

    Which kind of size charts are you using: images, tables or combined types? May I have a public link to your product with size charts on to check?

    You can consider reducing the file/image size to increase the loading speed.

    Hello,

    Just a simple, small table chart. No images and no combined charts.

    The thing is that when i click the Title to open the Size Chart, is blinking two – three times and then opening.

    Is there a way to disable this delay ?

    Hi @manok-1 ,

    There are many possible factors causing this issue. There is no delayed settings from the plugin’s side. It might be that the template or theme you are using is missing something for the popup to be opened properly.

    On a pure installation of just WooCommerce, our WPC plugins and our WPCStore theme in this live demo https://demo.wpclever.net/wpcstore/product/mens-plain-hoodie/, you can see that the chart is opening fast and working properly. Maybe there is an external factor for the issue on your site.
