    Hello @karthic24

In Knit Pay, we check payment status using 4 methods:

    1. While customer gets redirected to your website right after payment. This method updates payment status immediately.
    2. Using Webhook/Notification/IPN/Callback from payment Gateways. This method also updates payment status as soon as plugin receives the webhook.
    3. Most of other plugins use only 1st method to check payment status, and some uses above mentioned 2 methods to check payment status. In more than 90% of the cases, payment status gets updated immediately using first 2 methods. But for some payments, first 2 methods fails to update the payment status due to many technical and non technical reasons. For those payments which are not updated using first and second method, other plugins keep the payments as pending. In other plugins, upto 10% of the payments remain in the pending state even after successful payments. Knit Pay on the other hand, checks the payment status of all the pending payments, 4 times during the first 24 hours. This ensures, all the successful payments marked as success in WordPress also. The screenshot which you have provided is from this 3rd scenario. This is not a bug, we have intentionally kept this time to 15-20 minutes, in order to reduce your server load.
    4. If all the 3 above method fails, you can click on check payment status on the payment page. Or select multiple payments and check payment status in bulk. This is manual method, but using this method you can recheck payment status, without opening payment gateway dashboard.

With the help of above mention 4 methods, almost all the successful payments are marked as complete in Knit Pay also.

I hope I was able to answer your query. Feel free to contact us via WhatsApp/Call if you need further assistance.
