Slow Page Loads

I was wondering if anyone else noticed that there site was loading slow. I am working on a client’s website that has alot of banner ads on it and the page load times are kinda high. When troubleshooting the speed issues I saw that the adrotate plugin itself is running around 150 queries per page. After disabling it, the page load decreases drastically. Has anyone else seen this or have any suggestions to reduce the amount of load for this plugin because the site needs banner ads but it cannot be loading as slow as it is.
