Slow page loading

  • Hello,

    We seem to have a problem with the reservation system. With every new booking, the loading time of the page with the reservation system is getting slower and slower. At the moment, the loading can take up to 15 seconds which is unacceptable. Is there any solution how to prevent the lagging or optimise the speed of loading?

    On my side the page and the form are loading fast.

    Please, clarify – do you experience problem with overall page loading speed or loading of the booking form?

    We do experience some issues with both overall page loading speed and the loading of the booking form, the average page load time is around 15 seconds, which is unacceptable. Specifically, the booking form takes approximately 6 seconds to load.

    Thank you for clarifying. As for the overall page load – this is not related to Webba Booking because the payload to Webba is launched after that page is rendered.     Regarding the loading time of the Webba Booking form please clarify the values of the following settings:

    1. Disable booked dates in calendar (User interface tab)
    2. Number of dates in the calendar (User interface tab)

    P.S.
    I asked colleague to test from different location (Vilnius, Lithuania):
    “Page loaded in 3-4s, the form initialized in 1s after the load”
