Slow loading from youtube

    Hello,

    All of sudden, many products on my site started to load super slowly – more than 20 seconds. As I can see in the dev tools, this comes from youtube videos added by the plugin. It happens randomly, for example, only after the third refresh the requests are slowed down. So to reproduce it you’d need to go through some random products with a video in the gallery. That’s a drastical change in page load ??

    Do you know what can cause this?

    Hello fogush, Hello Nikhil,

    I have the same problem, randomly the products having a video in the gallery, take 15 seconds to completely load the requests related to Youtubes & Video Gallery. This can be harmful for SEO and user experience.

    For the YouTube video, lazy loading is enabled for pagespeed and SEO. You can check our demo site in gtmetrix or any other page speed testing tool.?? https://demo.technosoftwebs.com/product/youtube-video/

    @fogush I’ve checked your site and found your?server response time?is too slow. So it is creating an issue.

    @nikhilgadhiya thanks for the response.

    I’ve cleared the cache recently and not every page was re-cached, so probably you opened some of these pages. With the cache in place, the server response time is low (up to 300ms). However, the issue is still there and I found a way to replicate: a normal page reload after a hard reload.     I’m pretty sure I’m not experiencing anything like this with videos from youtube on the other sites across the Internet.

    Do you have any idea whether it can be related with the way the videos are embedded?

    Hello @fogush ,

    Do you have tried using disable cache plugin.

    Because in our demo site this issue not heaping and there are no any cache plugin activate in our site.
