Yes, the slider will only load once your website is completely built up. This is because for our calculations we need to know the loaded CSS and JavaScript of your site.
So if you would like to speed up the loading of the slider, you will need to:
-speed up the loading of other parts of your slider
-and you also need to use optimized images in the slider.

Note: in most cases the reason is either too much or too big images used on the site.
