Slow Load Time

Good morning – I am having a difficult time with my website having very slow load times – about 94.8 seconds or longer. On GTMetrix, my page speed score comes out to 97%, YSlow is 89%, page size is 942kb and has 21 requests. Everything is looking great except that load time. I ran it through Pingdom as well, and it seems like most of that time is spent waiting.

I have plugins to cache, minify, lazy load, etc. I just cannot figure out why it is taking so long to load or what to do about it. It is so slow that my site is giving people issues with uploading their files (this is an internal website for our company team members to share social media posts requests).

What could be causing such a slow load/wait time?
