Slow load of font

Hi

I’m doing some audit to my website and Google Insights says that https://www.pclab.com.pt/wp-content/plugins/sticky-side-buttons/assets/fonts/fa-brands-400.woff2 takes 5730 ms to load.

How can I speed this up??
