Slow, Horrible Customer Service for OceanWP Premium Users

I purchased OceanWP premium, but since I started having problems with their theme, I’ve found that the support is slow to respond (sometimes taking days), and when they did respond, they were unsatisfactory and dismissive.

Recently, I found that the theme wouldn’t load Font Awesome 5 properly, but OceanWP blamed third party systems, even though I tested it using only their theme and one of their plugins – no third party software, yet the problem continued.

If I has written this review six months ago, I’d have given them 5 stars. Right now, because of their pitiful support, they get 2 stars. However, I do give them a chance to remedy this.

Worth noting that on the pinned note to paid customers, OceanWP says,

Submitting a ticket via our website will guarantee a much faster response as we only answer questions on this forum after we have taken care of our paying customers.

So far in 2019, I’m waiting to see the “much faster” and “taken care of” fulfilled.
