Slow Category Sorting Time

    Hi,

    I created a portfolio and set up categories. I looks great, but when I click on a category to sort the displayed portfolio items it takes approximately four seconds to load and display them. This happens with every category, regardless of the amount of portfolio items. I have a portfolio feature with my wordpress theme that uses the same pictures and categories. It sorts them almost instantly; however, Visual Portfolio is very slow. Is there a way to speed this sorting process up?

    Hi.

    Visual Portfolio uses AJAX to load filter items and pages. So, the only solution – speed up your page loading time. You can use caching plugins, better server config, and other optimizations. If you don’t want to use AJAX loading, better to use different portfolio plugin.
