Hey, i wonder what possible reasons could be on the autocomplete bringing results slowly. So i can go trough those and see if it helps.

Needs some 3-5 seconds to bring those. Could the reason be maybe inside indices i dont have searchable posts, i do have split indices. Or what else could be a reason here?

In case of searchable posts do you have any filter which i could run once to get only searchable_posts with exclusion of pages, and some custom post types (not all).

    Thanks

To add. Once results are displayed and i change the keyword, new results show instantly, so the issue is only on the first search fetch.

Do you have a public URL that we could visit to see this delay in action and if we’re able to recreate?

Having things separated out like that could definitely slow down response times, but I don’t have much experience thus far with doing anything for separation with Autocomplete outside of what the plugin does out of box.

The searchable_posts index, as I recall, is more for InstantSearch than autocomplete. If you’re not using InstantSearch at all, then that’s negligible.
