• All,

If you are considering this submission, thank you.

I have a site that has about every possible optimization plugin and configuration known to man on it. My site is slow still both in page load speed and navigation between admin sections. Any ideas would be appreciated on what I should do next. The site is https://www.lgsleads.com.

Also, the theme that I installed provided twenty five or thirty pages I will never use. Will is slow down your system to keep them on the server in the respective directory?

    With much appreciation,

    Matthew

  • Perhaps all those plug-ins and other installed do-dads are slowing you down. Other than that, if you are using a shared hosting account you could upgrade to a dedicated server or virtual private server.

The sample pages sitting there should not affect your speed but unless you have unlimited disk space that could be an issue.

    Hope this helps.

Not quite. You are missing 2 files. Look at the files with the exclamation point in the triangle to identify the 2 missing files. Look at the long wait time on the one (the long bar) file that is missing. Otherwise, site load performance is good. Fix the missing files issue. See the test results:

Aren’t you using a slider with multiple 2000px images in?
