Slow add to cart

  • Hello Support,

    I purchased Innozilla Per Product Shipping WooCommerce PRO version before but when active add to cart button is super slow it takes about 2mins to add to cart i have 9k products on my site. Is there anyway that we can optimize the plugin?

    Sorry but we don’t think our plugins caused the issue on the super slow add to cart. Even if you have millions of products on your website our plugin wont make it slow. because we only use a little code on it. Maybe its on your theme and plugins installed on your WordPress site. please try deactivating some plugins or you can try contacting your hosting provider and request to increase your “max_input_vars”, “memory_limit”, “response time” etc. or try upgrading your hosting plan.

    by the way we have thousands of customers already that’s using this plugin and they did not encounter this issue.
