Slot quota and group booking

  • Hi,
    I would like to know if it’s possible to have 1 person booking for 1 or multiple person, more than one time slot at a time. With a quota of 10 seats per slot. So someone could book 3 seats then there would be 7 seats available. Another book 7 seats for that time slot and the next one so this time slot would be full but still 3 seats left the next slot.
    I am just wondering if it’s easily doable and how before I purchase the plugin.

    Yes, i need 5:30pm to stay with 7 availabillities. And sometimes it affect or make dissapear multiple booking slots on the same day. I would book for 2h and it would affect each single time slot or remove some.

    By default, the availability of the overlapping time slots is shared. The feature is to disable this mode. Again, you can email us at [email protected], and we will provide a solution asap.

    It don’t overlaps whwn i book 3-5 but then the 8-11 slots dissapears.
    It only happens when there is more than one booked appointment the same day

    The settings are correct.

    I have tested again with the service ‘Arcade 1 heure’:

    1) booked – 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm
    2) booked – 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm
    3) booked – 8:00 pm – 9:00 pm

    No issues observed.

    Could you please clarify which service and time slots should I try to book to reproduce the problem?

    There is no issues with the 1 hour services, it’s when I book different services the same day and different seats

    Do you mean the availability is not shared between services? If yes, please set the following options on the Appointments tab:

    Auto lock appointments: enabled.
    Perform autolock on: all services.
    Autolock for group booking services: reduce count of available places.
    Allow unlock manually: disallow.

    If the problem, persists please let me know.
