“Slippery” Passwords

    I recently installed two different WordPress sites. I’m having trouble for the first time after installing 15+ sites.

    When you go to the login screen and type in the correct username and password, the page reloads. If you type in the wrong password, it recognizes this and the warning pops up.

    When you reset the password, the new WP generated password works the first time, then goes back to resetting the login page.

    This looks like a WordPress address/ Blog Address issue to me. Both blogs are installed outside of the root folder.

    Anyone have experience with this?
