    Please clear your browser cache. Version 4.7.2.1 fixed that bug. Also, do you have Async mode enabled? Try deactivating it and see if that makes any difference.

    Async mode was disabled.
    Didn’t work. Even I tried deactivate plugin and then reactive. Still didn’t work.
    A few minute ago, I totally removed the plugin and installed it again. Now, seems it’s working.
    But, my all slimstat data has gone ??

    Re install worked.

    @biccinnomanus it is mentioned on the plugin’s main page that UNINSTALLING the software will remove all the data from the database, and that you should keep a backup just in case. Sorry.

    Want to share an idea here.
    Why you are to trying to create plugin’s import export data option?
    This will give user more flexibility as they can easily take backup and import those data later.(In case, If plugin create problem or if user find any problem with their site or site move etc).

    @biccinnomanus thank you for your feedback. If we get more requests like yours, we will definitely consider adding this feature to our software. At this time we are focusing on adding new reports to further understand your visitors’ whereabouts.
