    Hello,

Firstly thanks for creating and sharing such an amazing plugin! ??

I’ve set everything up but did encounter a slight alignment issue. Every product on my website will require additional information and at the moment, it seems to be displaying on the right of the image. I was wondering if there’s any chance I can display the product name + quantity beside the image (which I believe is the current design), but the rest of the information just right below the image instead?

    Please see screenshot : https://prnt.sc/ouejmg

    Thanks again for your time!

  • Hey,
Perhaps I can add an option for that, to me attributes feel more correct being close to the product title but I can see what you mean.

    Hi Ben,

Thanks so much for your reply. To be honest, if the attributes could be close to the product title and still look neatly aligned (as of now, it looks like it’s wrapped around the image), that would be perfect! ?? But I thought that perhaps the easiest way to make things look neater would be to move them around, if that makes sense. Regardless, this is still a beautifully made plugin so thank you once again for all your hard work.

    Cheers!

    Hi Ben,

Quick question. As we’d like to standardise the look and feel of all our emails to the customer, is it possible to somehow copy the formatting of your email? Every time we try to do a reply on Microsoft Outlook, we lose some of the original formatting of your emails.

    Please advise… thank you!

    Hey,
These emails are not built as one html file you can copy from. Woocommerce pulls in multiple php templates to create the html output then runs all the styling css through a php process to move the styling inline and into the final output html.

Email clients reply or forward will never quite get that html output the same because it’s going to nest it inside a new structure that the email client sets up.

I’m not sure what the best method would be. Perhaps you can follow a method like this after copying the email source and editing in a code editor: https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/how-insert-html-source-code-outlook-emails-maurizio-la-cava

    Dear Ben,

Thanks for your reply. After a lot of trial and error, I managed to figure it out so I now have your beautiful looking emails saved as a template.

Thanks again and all the best!
