Sliding scale weight based shipping

    Hi all.

    I wish to make a weight based table shipping with a sliding scale.
    IE, 2 kilo does not cost twice as much as 1 kilo. And 10 kilo does not cost 10x as much. I need to set the rate for each weight level and I need to do so for many different countries.

    An old suggestion here on this forum is for a very old shipping plugin. I am not sure it applies, but I will test it.

    Any ideas?
