    Hi,
Just installed the free version of your plugin. Impressed of your dashboard and how easy is to create a pop-ups or slide-ins.
I can’t find a solution for my problem though. I would like to create a sliding bar that can collapse and expand by clicking the active icon. So user can access info from the bar any time he wants.
Is it possible with your plugin?
    Thanks
    Regards
    Ewa

    Hello there @ewaneumann,
hope you’re doing well today! ??

You should be able to create a Slide-in and under the Display Settings -> Slide-in triggers select the “Click” option like below:
    https://monosnap.com/file/76vhohHWB3xPuVfhLjbZAjvmrQNL6H
Then you can either use the provided shortcode in your page/menu or enter a class/ID of the element that’s going to trigger the slide-in so it’s getting displayed.

    Warm regards,
    Dimitris

    Hi Dimitris,
    Thank you for your reply.
I still have a problem and don’t know how to make it works.
I would like that my slide-in content is available to users on all products pages. It works well with “Show after certain time” options but when I choose “click” it doesn’t show up at all. If I paste the provided short code to a page and click on the link it is empty
I can’t show you my site as it is not live yet. I would like to achieve something like with Avada : https://avada.theme-fusion.com/
Do you have any video with tutorial how to set it up?

    Thanks
    Regards
    Ewa

    Hello @ewaneumann ,

Using shortcode should work out-of-the box – there are no additional settings that pasting the shortcode into page and saving.

If the link is empty that could mean something is breaking it. It can be plugin/theme conflict so it’s advised to first run test. Follow the steps from the flowchart:

(make sure you have backup of your site before doing any changes)

    kind regards,
    Kasia
