Sliding area showing below all layout content

Hi, the wpbs_slider div is getting injected into a row in my footer, which is making the slider appear below all the bottom page content instead of in its proper place. I can get the placement right by changing the slider’s position to :fixed but I don’t want it to scroll down my page. How do I fix this? Thanks!
