    Hi,

I have recently discovered that my slideshows are no longer working on my website. it only displays one photo and that is it.
the only exception is the full width slider on the home page operating as normal.
i am using Spacious theme 1.3.7, metaslider is up to date and active.
Is there any way I can resolve this?
    please Help!

  • Hi @koval290683,

It just looks like you don’t have any way to navigate the slides. Can you check that you have either dots, arrows, or autoplay on to allow some sort of navigation?

Let me know if that helps

Metaslider is not working on WP 5 beta. I receive the following error:

Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function gutenberg_get_jed_locale_data() in /home/######/public_html/wootest/wp-content/plugins/ml-slider/admin/Gutenberg.php:42

    Hi @aimscott,

Thanks for the feedback, I’ll look into it. If you need to follow up can you open a new issue? Thanks!

    Hi @kbat82,
Thank you for a prompt reply, appreciate it very much.
The slideshows were set from the beginning without navigation arrows or dots, the images were just sliding randomly.
But i have tried to change slides today, i have also added navigation to them to see if it would work. It didn’t help. I can see the navigation arrows in preview, but after saving the changes I visit the webpage, it doesn’t work.
Don’t know what else to try.

    Thanks

I have reset all slideshows again and it works fine now.
Looks like auto play settings have changed after update.

    Hi @koval290683,

Glad to hear it’s working now! Usually if it works in the preview but not in the front there is another plugin or something causing the issue. The preview typically runs without interference from other plugins, while on the site itself you typically have all your plugins loading in as well.
