Slideshow view not displaying correct number of slides

    I have a slideshow view set to show 4 slides, however only one shows at a time. I troubleshoot and it seems there is a conflict with another one of our plugins called MemberMouse, however this is a must-have plugin for us and we cannot disable it. Anyway to fix this issue and get the slideshow to display correctly with both plugins?

    Please go to your WP dashboard > Testimonials > Settings > Compatibility > Load Event: Window Load > Save Changes.

    Most probably the issue is coming from the fact that there is a conflict with that plugin. That plugin is premium and unfortunately, we cannot test with it.

    I will open a ticket with our development team and we will try to find a solution for this in the future.

    Thank you Beatrice for the update. I did reach to memmbermouse support and this is what they told me ” It seems their plugin may be loading an old version of Jquery or possibly not loading jquery-ui.js as commonly required.” but refer me back to you for a solution since like you said it seems there is a problem.

    Please let me know if your team has any further insight. I would hate to have to switch to another testimonial plugin as we love Strong Testimonials
