Slideshow showing as blank image

This is my first attempt at WordPress, having previously built basic html/css/php/mysqli sites using templates. I’m struggling with the item below, and hoped someone may be able to point me in the right direction.

I’m using template WP00902 from 4templates. This template has a slideshow on the homepage. I’ve tried to set a slideshow up, but to no success – it’s simply showing as a white space. The actions I’ve taken so far are:

* Appearance -> WP00902 Settings -> General Settings -> Featured Slideshow
–> Display Slideshow On -> Homepage Only
–> Album Name = Runners

* Slideshows -> New Album = Runners

* Slideshows -> Add new -> Insert Media into page

Any advice on things I can try to get this up and running would be much appreciated.
