Slideshow shortcode with Tablepress?

    Hi Tobias, I’m using your plugin for everything, but I had a little issue when using a slideshow shortcode on my page inside a tablepress table. It works fine when I’m logged in, but once I’m logged out it displays a !slideshow_deploy! error. The slideshow plugin has an option to check or uncheck an AVOID CONTENT FILTER option, but it doesn’t seem to help.

    I’ve got the slideshow plugin and Tablepress working together on several pages and it works fine, just not when the slideshow is inside a table cell. Also weird that it works when I’m logged in but not when I’m logged out. Any ideas?

    Hi,

    thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

    My assumption here is that you are affected by the Table Output Caching that TablePress uses (to speed up table loading for non-logged-in users (i.e. regular site visitors).
    To turn that off on your table, just extend the Shortcode to

    [table id=123 cache_table_output=false /]
