Slideshow of Nextgen Gallery does not work after image compression

    Hi,
    I am testing WPO on my local machine. I have enabled page cache and minify. Then I enable compression of images using default settings. I have on the home page s slidshow using Nextgen Gallery. Now the images are displayed not as a slideshow, but as individual images in a single column. I am not sure what caused the change. Will it be the minification or the image compression. Please advise. Thanks.

    @francoc30 Could you please try to turn of Minify option and check if it helps to fix the issue?

    @bornforphp, Turning off Minify feature corrects the issue. But I’ll lose the benefits of minifications. Is there a way to have the feature on, and exclude all NexGen Gallery codes?

    @francoc30 You can add all NexGen Gallery JS files inside “Exclude JavaScript from processing” in WP-Optimize > Minify > Javascript and check if it helps to fix the issue?

    But do not know which NGG js files to exclude.

    @francoc30 You will have to contact the plugin authors and ask them for JS files included in the their plugin.
