Slideshow not working after wordpress update

So the slideshow stopped working after wordpress update (or so I believe at least).
The images just shows one after another.

I got a REST-API error:
F?rfr?gan ?ver REST-API misslyckades p? grund av ett fel.(request failed)
Error: [] cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received.

I disabled any restrictions for REST-API in Cerber security just in case but no change.

in chrome dev i got
Refused to apply style from ‘https://twocatsinacaravan.xyz/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/_inc/blocks/vendors~swiper.cb62edabc93862de3784.css’ because its MIME type (‘text/html’) is not a supported stylesheet MIME type, and strict MIME checking is enabled.

and

wpo-minify-footer-28634bb5.min.js:195 GET https://twocatsinacaravan.xyz/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/_inc/blocks/vendors~swiper.cb62edabc93862de3784.js net::ERR_ABORTED 404

When checking for these files in wp-content/plugins/jetpack/_inc/blocks/
There are no such files there. there are however:
vendors~swiper.0a3d8e29d43db6127a68.css
vendors~swiper.0a3d8e29d43db6127a68.js
vendors~swiper.0a3d8e29d43db6127a68.rtl.css

adding a new slideshow gives the same error

any ideas?

EDIT: found the issue , I turned off the minify feature of WP-optimize plugin. no errors now. I minify it on cloudflare so no reason to do it twice anyway I think
