Slideshow not working

    I have Nextgen Gallery v1.6.2 installed, and I cant get the slideshow to work. It shows a black square. It has the options of loo09king at the pictures either as pictures or slideshow, click on slideshow the pictures dissappear, and a black square shows. Does anybody know why that should happen?
