I’m sorry to hear you had trouble with our plugin!
I don’t believe you ever reached out to support for help. This sounds like a javascript conflict with something on your site and those are usually very easy to fix. I would appreciate the chance to take a look at what is going on to see if I can help you diagnose the issue and resolve it.
Our plugin works very well out-of-the-box with a default WordPress setup, so to address this issue we would need to look at your website and perhaps the custom theme you are using to.
