Hi, the galleries are not displaying in slideshow format when logged in. When logged out, the thumbnails and slideshow displays. When logged in, if you go to that page, it’s showing the default 150 x 150 thumbnail images. If we log back out the thumbnails and slider appear. Is this normal behavior?

  • Hmm no, that is strange behaviour!

What is changing in your theme when you login-out?

Not sure what you mean by your question, “What is changing in your theme when you log out?” I log in preview the page where the slider and thumbnails should be – I see the default 150 x 150 thumbnail images in column and rows. I log out and I get the slider with the thumbnails.

Oh so logged in you mean when you view it in the WordPress admin?

Maybe you can post some screen shots? Or post a link?

No, not the dashboard. When I am logged in and view the page where the gallery should appear on the front end, they are the thumbnail images instead of the slider. When I log out the slider appears, when I log in the thumbnails appear – this is on the front end of the site not the back end.

Well that is what I was asking. What is changing in your theme when you login / out?

It’s definitely not an issue with the plugin. Try disabling all the other plugins and try the default theme to try to track down the cause.
