  • Hi Paradigmva the only way this can happen if the theme and the plugin share the same settings i.e. css styling. What happens if you deactivate this plugin, does the problem go away?

Hi there, thank you so much for your response and apologies for my delayed reply. I have deactivated and deleted most of my plugins that could possibly have been interfering with my fonts (I had Google Fonts) etc installed. It is actualy still the same, it is very strange when I am working in my page editor I can make fonts bigger and smaller etc, the minute I save the page and preview ita all the fonts are small and the same size. I have no clue what to do, I had even contacted the theme support to ask them, they do not have a clue ?? The other problem I am having (I am not sure if I need to open this up in a new topic), my blog pics dont show up and also the “read more tag” shows up where it chooses even if I put it in a specific place, any ideas? My URL is: https://www.paradigmva.co.za. Any help would be so appreciated. Regards melissa

Hi Melissa, did you also deactivate this plugin? You did not mentioned it above.

I think your problem might be from another plugin that has caused these issues. Or you might have a cache issue as well. I did check your site from the URL you provided above and all fonts seem to be about the same size. I used seamonkey browser to check your site.

In regards to the following problem…

my blog pics dont show up and also the “read more tag” shows up where it chooses even if I put it in a specific place, any ideas?

I did check your blog post and the image did show up but it took a while to load up.

I did check the “read more tag” and it was located at the end of the paragraph which I think is the correct place to have it.

Also what permalink are you using? Your URL does not have a good permalink…paradigmva.co.za/?p=723

Just simply by looking at your site from the word go; it has many problems and one of them is it is very slow.

Perhaps your best option is to open up a support ticket in the theme and general areas here in www.remarpro.com because it is more a theme and performance problem. It really has nothing to do with this plugin unfortunately for you.

If you need more information or guidance please let me know.

    Regards
